Immediate change required to login into your Business Dial Internet Dear Valued Business Customer, Effective immediately, you must login to the Internet with your username@nb.aibn.com NBTel is currently upgrading its Internet authentication server infrastructure to provide faster, more reliable access to our Internet services. This upgrade is necessary due to the increasing daily volume of Internet connection requests. This upgrade requires a small but important change to your login procedure. You must now add the domain @nb.aibn.com after your username (also known as "login name" or "User ID"). Example: n6abc123@nb.aibn.com In order to ensure your continued access to the Internet, it is imperative that you and all other Internet users in your company immediately add the domain name @nb.aibn.com after your username when attempting to login to your Business Internet service. If you are unsure if your login name has already been changed or for step-by-step instructions on how to change it, please visit http://www.nbtel.nb.ca/English/Business/Internet/username/ and follow the steps. The site will help you verify and/or change your username. Please note that if you have your own domain name for your email address (i.e. username@yourcompany.com), you still must add @nb.aibn.com after your username to log in to the Internet. Also be advised that there are no changes to your email address and therefore, you don't have to change anything in your email profile. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
