Attaching a file to a message means sending a file along with it. An attachment can be any type of file, such as a word-processor file, an image, or a Web page, and it can be of any size. You can attach as many files to a message as you'd like.

To attach a file to a message, compose a message as you would normally, but click the Attach button on the toolbar before sending it. A little menu will pop down. You can select to send a File, which is a file on your hard drive, or a Web Page, which is a file on the Web.

To attach a file, click File in the Attach menu. Locate and highlight the file you want to attach, then click Open. The file will be added to the list of file attachments. You can repeat this process as often as you'd like.

Click Send when you want to send your message and attachments.
